This Privacy Policy describes how Mobile@SG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Stock@SG (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Stock@SG is a free SGX stock companion app. We do not require you to create an account. The App and related services may process limited information needed to show market data, save your watchlist preferences on your device, deliver optional price-alert and announcement push notifications, show advertisements, and improve reliability. Categories are summarized below.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your legal name, postal address, government ID, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or full payment card numbers through the App. We do not provide brokerage trading or order placement. If you email support, you may voluntarily include personal details in that message.

The App uses third-party services to provide hosting, messaging, configuration, and advertising. Those providers may process limited technical data as described in their policies.

Third parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
The App may request device permissions only as needed for features you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
The App displays third-party advertisements using Google AdMob, including an adaptive banner and frequency-capped interstitial ads. Ad networks may collect or use device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law and your device settings (for example, App Tracking Transparency on iOS and advertising ID controls on Android). You can limit ad tracking in iOS/Android Settings. If no ad is available, the App continues to function without ads.
The App does not offer in-app purchases. If you obtained the App through Apple or Google, any platform fees or paid download (if applicable) are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card number.
Favourites and display preferences are stored on your device until you change them or uninstall the App. Alert rules and device registration associated with your device identifier are retained on our backend until you delete the alerts, stop using the App, or request deletion where applicable. Push tokens are retained as needed to deliver notifications. Crash and diagnostic data retained by third-party providers is subject to their retention periods. Support emails are retained as needed to handle your request.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as disclosed in this policy (for example, when you interact with an advertising SDK, if any).
We share limited technical information with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, Firebase, and Google advertising services) solely to operate the App and show ads, subject to this policy and their terms.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is transmitted over the internet, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) when communicating with our services.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact mobileatsg@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
Most App data (favourites, local preferences) is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes that local data. To request deletion of personal data we may hold in connection with the App (for example, device registration or alert records tied to your installation, or information you emailed to support), contact mobileatsg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Stock@SG” and include enough detail for us to locate the relevant records (such as approximate install date or device type). We will take appropriate steps subject to applicable law and technical feasibility.
The App or this page may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies govern their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or within the App when appropriate.
