This Privacy Policy describes how Mobile@SG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Sudoku Mix (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Sudoku Mix is free with ads. Most gameplay progress is stored only on your device. If you use the optional Daily leaderboard, we process a player token, optional display name, and scores on our leaderboard API. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect app-usage events and crash diagnostics. Contacting support by email shares whatever you include in the message.

We do not require a name, email, or password to play. We do not operate a social graph, contacts access, camera, microphone, or location for core gameplay. We do not sell personal information. Free-play board progress is not synced to our servers.

Third parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
The App may request device permissions only as needed for features you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob (banner and interstitial ads, and on free-play game over an optional rewarded interstitial to continue with +1 life). Daily challenge does not offer rewarded continue. Production releases use live ad units.
On iOS, if you are asked for App Tracking Transparency, you may allow or deny tracking. Denying tracking does not remove ads; AdMob may serve non-personalized ads. On Android, advertising identifiers are handled under Google Play and device settings.
The App does not offer in-app purchases. The App is free. Any past or future paid distribution would be processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card number.
Local progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Leaderboard entries are retained while needed to operate rankings and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed or upon a verified deletion request. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics retain events and crash reports under Google’s retention periods. Ad partners retain data according to their policies. Support emails are retained as long as reasonably needed to respond and for legitimate business records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing, except as disclosed in this policy (for example, when you interact with an advertising SDK, if any).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where data is transmitted over the internet, we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) when communicating with our services.
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact mobileatsg@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.
Most App data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes local saves and settings. To request deletion of any personal data we may hold (for example, information you emailed to support, or leaderboard-related data linked to an anonymous ID you can identify), email mobileatsg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Sudoku Mix” and include platform (iOS or Android), any display name used on the daily board, and approximate dates of use.
The App or this page may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies govern their services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or within the App when appropriate.
